RollsPack multimillion-dollar Gravure press is the Future of Print Packaging

RollsPack launched its multimillion-dollar Gravure press to a full house at the company’s print manufacturing premises in Braeside on Thursday 26 June 2014.

The launch event was attended by over 60 industry VIP’s from leading manufacturing industry and business sectors who joined media and guest speakers John Roskam, Executive Director, Institute of Public Affairs and columnist at The Australian Financial Review and Ken Morgan OAM, founder of Kid’s Under Cover.

The format of the event was relaxed yet punchy, with top-level attendees and specialists in their fields eager to witness Gravure quality first hand.

Commitment to Growing Business

City of Kingston Mayor, Paul Peulich, opened the event commending RollsPack’s commitment to growing business in the district. Managing Director Phillip Rolls introduced the Gravure capabilities and shared his personal thoughts on the way forward for local industry.

RollsPack’s inclusive company culture was evident with employees lauded for their achievements. RollsPack’s Factory and Operations Manager James Luttick launched the press, leading the audience through the many unique features of the Gravure Press.

The Gravure press will be bringing exceptional photographic print quality to Australian industries. The press, previously not offered by an Australian SME, will of bring jobs to the industry while offering shorter turn-around times in small and large print runs at very competitive pricing.

By making the significant investment in print packaging’s future, MD Phillip Rolls hopes to inspire other businesses to stay focussed on furthering the local industry.

The sentiment was echoed by guest speakers who lauded Rolls for his passion and long-term commitment to sustainable business development.
